ExpertMD supports team-based workflows for law firms. You can invite team members to your ExpertMD account and add collaborators to individual cases so your colleagues can help manage expert witness engagements.Subscription tiers
The number of team members you can invite depends on your subscription tier:| Tier | Team Members | Features |

Inviting team members

Case collaborators
In addition to team members, you can add collaborators to individual cases. Collaborators can view case details, documents, and notes, helping you manage complex cases with multiple attorneys. To add a collaborator to a case:- Open the case detail page
- Navigate to the Collaborators tab
- Click Add Collaborator and select from your team members
Case collaborators can only access the specific cases they are added to. They cannot see your other cases, invoices, or account settings.

Removing team members
To remove a team member, go to Settings > Team, find the member, and click Remove. This immediately revokes their access to all cases and data.Next steps
